Dana sitting in a wooden seaweed bath tub on the rocky Irish coast
“Rebecca was the perfect travel doula. She greatly lightened the mental and logistical load of a fairly last-minute 12-night trip to Ireland, handling everything from lodging at various price points to the rental car and ferry ride.”

Shana and her husband in Yayoi Kusama's polka-dot mirror room in Tokyo
“Almost immediately after our talk, I felt relief at having her as an ally in the planning and execution of our fairly complicated trip… A few ideas she provided we would not have thought of (even though I did ample research) and ended up being some of our favorites.”

Heather's family on a via ferrata high above the mountains in British Columbia
“I appreciate so much how you worked with my family's quirks to provide structure, flexibility, and real-world recommendations. You were invaluable to reduce my mental load and help me relax and enjoy my family on vacation… My friends want you to plan their trips.”

Desert dunes in Morocco
“Rebecca to the rescue!!! I dumped all of my anxieties onto her, she helped me think through my priorities and limitations… We even ran into rerouting issues in-country due to floods and we barely experienced it as a glitch. I'm completely sold on Rebecca's services!”

Karin in front of a flower-filled painting at the Musée d'Orsay
“Working with Rebecca was a dream! She asked insightful questions about what we wanted and came up with options – a few, not too many. I was worried that working with a travel agent would be expensive, but she's very affordable.”
Karin W.Paris
Meryl and her husband on a rooftop overlooking the Roman Forum
“I have mobility limitations and can't tolerate gluten, so when I learned that Rebecca specializes in planning travel with those (and other) limitations in mind, I reached out to her… She made great suggestions, for instance, a 3-hour golf cart tour of Rome on our first day after arriving.”

Sakurajima volcano across the bay in Kagoshima, Japan
“Rebecca arranged it all and made it easy. I'm an experienced Japan traveler and her assistance made it a piece of cake to head all the way to this hotel at the very southern tip of Japan via air, bus and ferry!”

A New York hotel room decorated with a Happy Birthday banner
“You hit it out of the park with The Refinery in NYC! They welcomed us at 9am yesterday so we were able to get some sleep after our red eye. The room was decorated and they left me a little birthday treat. Delightful!”

How Far in Advance Should I Plan?

Domestic trips need about three months of advance planning, international ideally six. Cruises and safaris can need a whole year.
